1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using SlideFire, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Use of the service

SlideFire is a tool for creating and managing TikTok slideshow content. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with TikTok's terms of service and community guidelines.

You may not use SlideFire to:

• Create content that violates any applicable law
• Post spam, misleading, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or sublicense the service without permission

3. Your content

Ownership. You retain ownership of the slideshows, captions, and images you create or upload using SlideFire. By using the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service.

Operator access. As the operator of SlideFire, we have administrative access to the content you upload — including images, project settings, and generated slideshows. We use this access for support, debugging, abuse prevention, and improving the service.

Possible future sharing. SlideFire may, in the future, introduce features that make uploaded images visible to or reusable by other SlideFire users — for example, shared template galleries or curated stock-style libraries. By uploading images, you grant us the right to include them in such features. We recommend you only upload images you would be comfortable having shared.

4. AI-generated content

SlideFire uses AI to generate text and creative suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI-generated content.

5. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

SlideFire is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the service will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlideFire and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
